It is not without reason that Obertauern is know as the snow-bowl. At 1700 meters above sea level it is not just the highest ski resort in the province of Salzburg, it is also the ski resort with the highest snowfall in Austria. Skiers and snowboarders will find snow covered slopes of all difficulties until the end of April.
The Tauernrunde is still open until Sunday 21. April 2024!
From 22. April 2024 until 01. May 2024 there will be partial operation with the Zehnerkarbahn, Grünwaldkopfbahn and Seekareckbahn.
