Operating times Grünwaldkopfbahn from Friday 03 July 2026 - Sunday 20 September 2026 daily from 09:00 to 17:00
Operating hours Hochalmbahn and Kringsalmbahn from Friday 03 July 2026 - Sunday 20 September 2026 daily from 9:00 to 16:00

The P3 Grünwaldkopf, P4 Sonnenlift and P2 Zehnerkar car park is available free of charge!

Tip: If you want to travel by public transport, the bus line 280 stops directly at the Grünwaldkopf valley station: https://fahrplan.oebb.at/webapp/

Hello kids!

Do you want to get to know the home of me, Bobby the rabbit? Then accompany me through the beautiful mountain world of Obertauern.

There is a lot to experience and discover around the Grünwald and Krummschnabel lakes.

Get Bobby's hiking pass at the entrance to the Grünwaldkopfbahn and off you go!

Visit each of the 8 stations. Experience the adventure, punch your hiking pass and hand it in at the restaurant "Die Talstation" after the hike. There you will receive a surprise gift as a reward!

Your Bobby wishes you lots of fun and great experiences!

Price for Bobby's hiking pass: € 5,00 (incl. 1 ball for the ball track)

Mountaincarts

Things are getting fast in Obertauern!

The approx. 1350m long ride starts at the Kringsalmbahn mountain station and takes you down a varied route to the valley station. On the way, you will not only enjoy a unique ride experience, but also the impressive panorama of the Obertauern mountains.
Whether with friends, family or solo - this experience is guaranteed to be memorable.

In good weather, our mountain carts are in operation daily from 09:30 to 15:30.
Booking is not necessary: Simply drop by the valley station, grab your helmet and cart and roll off!
